“Here we live near the ocean and yet we have no place in Morro Bay to teach our children how to swim.”

Support Foundation Projects and Initiatives at No Cost to You

You can support the Community Aquatics Center project and local community aquatics programs (at Cuesta, Hardie and Shamel Pools) when you shop at your neighborhood grocery store.

We participate in the Albertsons Community Partners and Spencer's Fresh Markets eScrip Community Card programs.

These stores will automatically donate a portion of your monthly spending at no cost to you.

Albertsons: you can link your Albertsons Preferred Savings Card to the Albertsons Community Partners program by filling out and mailing the following form (2.9MB large) designating the Morro Bay Community Pool Foundation as the recipient (your recipient designation must be processed and renewed annually online or by mail to remain in effect). Or, you can visit the Albertsons Community Partners web site.

Spencer's: for Spencer's Fresh Markets eScrip Community Card, ask for a card at checkout (if you don't already have one), then, call the number on the card and designate the Morro Bay Community Pool Foundation as the recipient organization.

If you know of other similar programs, please let us know. We will be registering for the Scolari's Friendship Fund and Ralph's Community Contribution Program shortly. Please check back here for updates.
